Embodied Leader

With somatic exercises, we create a supportive space that shows the body's intelligence in creating spaces of transformation. It brings together language, action, feeling and meaning and is based on the idea that the mind and body are beautifully linked: to develop one, you must cultivate the other.

We will be going through an in-depth, playful and joyful experience of integrating your leading Being as a Whole. You will receive Clarity of your personal somatic leadership profile with your patterns of power and disempowerment, understanding and actively working with your nervous system responses, as well as those of other people.
